For those of you who knew Victoria Brownworth on Twitter, she passed away from cancer yesterday. She was a fearless journalist who reported on AIDS in the 80s (when Reagan was ignoring it), lifted up the LGBTQ community, & rooted out corruption. Her wife, Maddy Gold, died of cancer in 2022.

1st album was a weird Grace Jones/Warhol theft, this one I'll always remember singing Express Yourself over the title track when it got out. To me, she is just a fraud who sings very well and plays the piano. She is not a good actress either + her shining personnality is gone w/ media training.
