I've had Daniel Lentz's Ending(s) on repeat today. Unending(s) in this case. So good. The gradual weight of 'Continental Divide' builds and builds. Road music, very American. It has a sense of hypnotic inevitability to it.

And now that's the South Downs Way done: 100 miles LAMF. Prettier than NDW but beset by Other People Enjoying Themselves, and the knee-martyring has now given me patellofemoral pain syndrome, so I'm on the strong beers again, cooking up the next mission. Keeps my head straight.
