AI might provide some data centre jobs, but what it's really all about is replacing more expensive to run, humans. I see this bollocks from Download and I'm glad my employer came out last week and said that all trans staff & volunteers can continue to use the facilities that they identify with as we are an inclusive organisation. The EHRC stuff is not legally binding. It isn't the "law". It's (bad) guidance.
