Update: i went to urgent care and my elbow is not broken. The doctor thinks i just very deeply bruised the tendon/muscle in my arm. He was actually more concerned that it was radiating pain to an injury from 6 years ago 😅

Update, i dont have time to go to urgent care until saturday afternoon, but my dad thinks I bruised the bone or something and should at least get it looked at. I cannot currently brush my teeth because lifting my arm like that hurts, and I cant squeeze anything. Good thing im ambidextrous

Cw: injuries I just hit my elbow so hard i almost immediately threw up from the pain. I have never experienced that before outside of a migraine. i cant move my arm anymore. I couldn't even hold my toothbrush. Moving any muscles in my arm even slightly hurts so bad
