So, I am now a part of a band again, after nearly 25 years. It's a small local goth metal band but since I can play bass, sing well, and also know a shit ton of editing software well that made me a shoe in. I just found out a few hours ago and I am already working on music. This is gonna be fun.

Yep, weight loss/gain is math and stats (my specialty). You cannot keep the same deficit/surplus the entire time. The smaller you get, the less your maintenance is and thus you will need to drop calories again. This is not counting your body's self defense against losing weight as well.

I think I maybe on the brink of vitamin A toxicity. I didn't realize I have been getting around 400 to 500% RDA of beta carotene from food since I started this diet two years ago. If it was a water soluble vitamin that would be okay but it's not.
