Hello to all my Facebook friends following me from over at Zuck's Hot Turd Emporium. I'm hoping a bunch of you see my final post and find me here before I delete that dumpster fire.

Just watched the first episode of Dune: Prophecy. One word: excellent. I hope this show gets a fair shake. I'm afraid because it's not flashy, and it's a thinking person's show, that it won't get the viewership and support it deserves. But I, as a long time Frank Herbert fan, loved it.

Nothing makes me lose my cool like passive aggressive behavior. I have an instinctive, nearly feral reaction to it. I'm not sure why I can't just ignore it. For some reason it just makes me...

Che nailed it on the head. So the white African guy's first brilliant idea is... bringing back slavery! Are people really going along with this stuff?

I get a check every now and then from Facebook. It is for a class action lawsuit where they manipulated people's feeds to see how it affected them psychologically. Totally non-consensual and unethical. And now once or twice a year I get a check to remind me never to trust anything online.

If you're worried about the incoming administration, just remember this: Donald Trump is not a super villain, he's a con man. He's old, he's feeble, and he's utterly incompetent. He didn't keep a single promise he made in his last term. He couldn't even pull off a coup... as sitting president!

How many millions have to abandon Twitter before Elon starts stinking up his undies?

I've boycotted most news involving DJT and I am much happier for it. I suggest you all do the same. The media companies push him because he gets them ratings, but if we all boycott that particular person he loses his advertising allure for the media companies.

I'm an avid collector of physical media. Mainly records, DVDs and Blu-rays. I have a smallish collection of 4K stuff but to be honest my 50+ year old eyes are not distinguishing a huge difference between 1080p and 4K unless I squint real hard. Any other collectors on here?
