My first apartment in 1994 was $350/month. Adjusting for inflation, that apartment should now rent for $744/month. It actually rents for $1500. Greed and inflation are hurting the kids, not their Starbucks lattes.

Growing up my mom would always get really upset with me when I said I apologized for things she wanted me to say sorry for. Except I fully understood the difference and wasn't sorry. So I wasn't going to say it. I was such a stand on business asshole as a kid. 😂
