US has always used commercial flights to deport Colombians. Trump uses military planes ($$!) and shackles. Colombia refused military flights and inhumane treatment. Trump blusters about tariffs then backs off and resumes regular plane deportations. Nothing has changed. Media: Trump wins(?)
