The New Mutants crossover with Team America feels bloated not giving either group of characters the time for emotions to sink in. Dani has the best scenes in it because she is alone. Immediately once Team America leaves we get nice emotional scenes for all the characters in the Nova Roma arc.

As I'm finishing Spider-Woman's first series I think she lacked a clear direction and suffered from trying to be too many things. Some stories were good but she had a lot of retcons leaving her a bit hard to explain. With Hydra, Morgan Le Fay and High Evolutionary playing parts.

Marvel in 1983 was trying a lot of new writers like Busiek and Nocenti. They struggle but that's usually how it goes for new writers. You rarely find your voice on your first issue

I don't know why but I have a very hard time getting into Mantlo's Hulk. I just hate every character.

The Snowblind issue of Alpha Flight#6 has an interesting concept but it lasts a little bit too long and would have been better if we could have seen Snowbird instead of just nothing

Thor before Walt Simonson's run was in such a terrible place focusing way too much on a part of the character that was never great. Donald Blake

A character that really left an impact while reading the first 25 years of Marvel Comics is Crackajack Jackson. Best friend of Hulk he died way too early to leave an impact on the readership but his story resonated really well with a modern reading which is quite rare for 70s comics.

I read Marvel comics from the past and post my thoughts. I scream at characters and have fun and try to be positive. #promosky

I was told the Bronze age of comics is when powers started to be more clearly defined. Then enter Chemistro who has a gun able to turn anything into anything. And he doesn't use it to become rich by turning landfills in usable stuff. He instead does petty crime

Uatu the watcher also defense attorney on the weekends. Reed's trial was epic but Eternity's intervention kinda cheated the whole thing.

The trial of Reed Richards for saving Galactus is next on my list then I'm visiting Luke and Danny in their book for 6 issues

It's funny to me that Guardian has the same origin as Vulture but Canadian socialism basically is the reason he became a hero instead of a villain.
