The are two types of people. Those that pronounce the word 'thank' with a hard th like the beginning of 'thought', and those that do a soft th when pronouncing 'thank' like 'the'. My mind goes into temporary chaos upon hearing the soft th pronunciation of 'thank'.

I dislike when I use someone else's passed along knowledge, only to find out it's incorrect. My ex and his dad called their rifle "The 30-aught-6". For like 30 years I thought it was the rifle name, not the dang ammo cartridge name. I just found out it's the ammo, not the gun name.

I have two tics that I'm aware of. One is throat clearing and coughing. I do it unnecessarily, I'm sorry to the people around me, but it feels good. The other is that I rub my cheeks to the point of abrasion. I try to stop, but I can't. I also love smoothing any rough/marred surfaces. Female tics.
