The thing about it is, if ICE were doing legal things, they wouldn't be wearing masks, hiding their identity, and using street warfare tactics. They would be serving warrants and doing perp walks. The fact ICE is acting this way is proof that what they are doing is in violation of the law.

I’m not sure why Gavin Newsome doesn’t activate the rest of his army guard to prevent the president from it or force him to overrule it…. Then fight on the second amendment guaranteeing a state a right to a militia. How can a state have a militia if the president can simply federalize it
