If Israel was in a less than favorable position in Iran Trump would not have executed the B-2 bomb runs on Iran. Trump wanted a piece of the success, just the mob does when stooges "pay the vig."

It is not legitimate to use the gov't as a partisan tool. Nor is it within one's Oath parameters to pardon unremorseful people..for any sort of compensation "fee." The Emoluments clause makes it illegal to accept these bribes for pardons.
