Universal healthcare isn’t a handout, it’s common sense. Cancer patients shouldn’t go bankrupt because they get cancer. Not only that, 22 studies show Medicare for All SAVES the U.S. government money over a decade.

Spare me the fake outrage. None of these people showing up for court are criminals of any kind. As a prosecutor, I worked with many ICE officers who arrested violent criminals. None of them wore masks. Many of your agents are clearly ashamed to carry out your orders.

I do not think people are actually seriously calibrated for how rabidly anti-university the MAGA right is and how core that is to their policy goals. It is probably the #2 issue after immigration for them, and for some of them it’s higher.
