The Flanderization of ghibli in the public mind is just so insane to me. Acting like it’s entirely wholesome and cutesy but is really overtly anti capitalist, depict the horrors of war and environmental decline, and have TONS of body horror and depictions of death and disease. it legit annoys me

Bonkers. There are so many cops that do completely inhumane things and barely get a slap on the hand. If she’d been abusing her domestic partner, shooting someone dead because she felt threatened, or beating someone senseless because she felt slightly disrespected she’d have been in the clear.

Oh hey! Wilmot Works It Out is on switch now. It's a neat and super chill puzzle game. You get puzzle pieces in the post and make puzzles. You don't get all the pieces at once though. Follow up to the great Wilmot's Warehouse, which I also recommend.

Now that I’ve finally got all my photos migrated from Google to Apple, and now that I’m on Fastmail and @kagi.com - I use zero Google products. 15 years ago I was a Google fanboy. I used Nest, their router and hardware, Google Home etc. For a while I was even on Google Fi. Now nothing.

Anyone else on a fully serverless architecture with .NET? Serverless API, API Gateway, etc. The datadog dotnet trace lambda layer adds some punishing latency, and it occurred to me that perhaps a 100% serverless .NET architecture may be a bit rare (and thus we may be an edge case). #fsharp #dotnet
