What’s weird about this to me is that if Trump’s action is unlawful, then there is no “returning of command” necessary. Just order the commander of the National Guard to stand down. This concedes too much.

Wow — New poll shows Andrew Cuomo's 1-on-1 lead against Zohran Mamdani has shrunk to *just 2 points* 51-49. And this poll was conducted *before* AOC endorsed Mamdani. + Cuomo's lead against Mamdani in the first round of ranked choice voting is now only 7 points.
