How do you include kids in meal presentation? It's no fun to have a half piece (or smaller) when adults are having a full piece. Portioning for the light eaters also portions for others. Maybe everyone eats half a sandwich and some eat a few halves.

Did you know, the "no ketchup on hot dogs" rule in Chicago was about the meat, not the condiment? Back when meat was lower quality, Chicago took pride in their weiners. Good enough to eat without masking the flavor.

I've been holding out that "good intentions" means something other than a cover for evil. Losing faith in that today. I need a good cry for this loss.
