Important caveat: USIP is an "agency" in the colloquial sense, but not in the traditional governmental sense — i.e., it's not a federal agency like USAID, etc. It was founded and funded directly by Congress and has lots of government ties, but it's not a federal *entity,* per se — it's a nonprofit.

Y'all this is REALLY BAD. They disappeared a Palestinian activist green card holder who is married to a US citizen. He could literally be ANYWHERE 🌍 right now! ICE claims they cancelled his green card, something no judge has ruled on yet. Columbia colluded w/ ICE to make this happen.
