I was wondering why I was seeing all the snowdrops in my feed. Now, it makes sense. There are so many snowdrops!

Nowadays, snowdrops are considered to be a symbol of hope; the arrival of these nodding flowers signifies that dark, winter days are behind us. However, it was a very different story in the Victorian era! Spotting a single snowdrop was thought to be bad luck or worse - a sign of impending death.
