My two wolves are warring again. Top surgery v. Breast reduction. Pros: breast reduction is easier to get my family on board. Affirming for fem days. Cons: potential dysphoria not going away. Not “enough” reduction. 2nd future surgery/continued binding If unsatisfactory. :(
