Sunday Night Pantry Series First attempt with wok cooking….boy is it awesome. Sweet and sour tofu with veg over sushi rice. Easy and quick using whatever you have in the fridge….will be using this a lot in the future. Any good recipe suggestions that folks love? 🍽️🍜

Sunday pantry dinner series…..shrimp scampi The bride is out of town….didn’t feel like eating out. Had a few frozen jumbo shrimp and turned that into a nice scampi. Don’t forget the sautéed seasoned bread crumbs to top off this quick and delicious dish. 💥🍽️🍝

Chicken Cacciatore twist…..amazeballs Pantry dinner…..seared & braised chix thighs with red wine onions, peppers, shiitake, herbs and simple tomato sauce spiced up with seasonings with white wine and a splash of fresh lemon juice. No pasta but a few fingerlings for the carbs. Outta this world🌏 🍽️
