BREAKING: the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said that 16 million Americans will lose health coverage because of the Republican budget bill. Why? Just so they can give the wealthy another massive tax break.

Do you guys remember oh a while back when Ukraine took out 30 percent of Russias bomber force and their A50s? Ya that was cool and really bad for Russia

"It's a Yes or No Question"

Beyond frustrating and disappointing that CBS got a rare exclusive sitdown interview with Musk and didn’t ask him a single question about his reckless and ignorant cuts to USAID and all the lives that are being lost across the world as a result of it:

Has anyone ever gotten the customer service they needed by called an automated”AI” phonebot

It’s striking how often hate toward Jewish Americans is met with silence. In a country that prides itself on justice and free speech, too many look away. Standing up against antisemitism shouldn’t be political—it should be moral. Indifference only fuels it.

2C by 2029. 0.5C HIGHER than the ‘safe limit’ agreed by 195 countries in Paris less than 10 years ago. Yet I’ve not heard a single journalist ask a leader or politician about this. We’re being boiled to death by a media & politics in the pocket of the fossil fuel industry.

Joni Ernst clarified her statements saying that the Dalmatians were going to die in 12 to 14 years anyway and now she has a fabulous winter coat.

that’s right

Trying to reconcile how all positive change had to be incremental, studied in perpetuity & ultimately stalled with ‘how are we gonna pay for that?’ but dismantling everything was done quickly, ham-fistedly & with total disregard for cost of money and lives & no institutional guardrails mattered.

“Fixing climate change is too expensive.” Um no. What’s really expensive is doing nothing. Climate disasters cost billions—and those costs are rising fast. Climate solutions save money and lives, as well as building a better world for us all 🌏💚

Musk should be asked about this in every interview he does now and forever. To ignore it is a dereliction of duty. www.nytimes.com/2025/05/30/o...

Privatization makes things worse. Look at air traffic control in Canada or space exploration in the USA. Privatization doesn’t save money or deliver better services. It makes profits for shareholders. Water, electricity, transportation services, and healthcare should be public not private goods.

If you have to reject your own studies when they don’t fit your agenda, it’s time to reconsider your agenda.

When Americans raised concerns about RFK Jr.'s anti-vaccine views, he said he was "not gonna take away vaccines from anybody." But now he's taking them away from millions of mommas and babies. Vaccine recommendations should be based on science, not RFK Jr.'s political agenda.

Christian Nationalists pretend that the United States was founded as a Christian nation, but the Constitution never mentions Jesus or Christianity. Not even once. Instead, it bans government promotion of *any* religion. Don't be fooled by their lying propaganda.

This Memorial Day weekend, the best way to honor the soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice is to honor and protect the freedoms and the democracy they died for.

Superman is correct.
