At this point, seeing how Columbia has been treated “post settlement” and how the courts have clearly sided in every instance with law firms and schools, to be “negotiating” sounds like something that could backfire big time…what are you avoiding? There is a clear red line being drawn and defended

Thank you, @marcelias.bsky.social Once you “break the seal” on rule of law, who will trust to do business with gov’t? Think about the number of non-profits, scientists and grant recipients that will never trust a contract from the US gov’t again. Add in countries that already signed trade deals…
