Tonight was mealprep night for me and the gf. We made buckwheat soba noodles with miso-tahini sauce, a spicy cucumber, carrot, red pepper, and Vietnamese sausage salad, and grilled tofu "steaks" marinated in my homemade version of ras el hanout. It was very tasty.
