This is super interesting. I’m 46 and having MUCH more sex than I did in my twenties and it is far less cringe than the 20-something sex I had. Like, objectively. And, actually, the very idea that sex can be “cringe” strikes me a really dumb. Just do what brings you joy! Who cares about cringe!
