The thing is, politicians who are "afraid" of the consequences faced when going against their parties mandate, they're not scared for their lives. They're scared of being a regular citizen again. They're scared they'll lose their cushy tax payer funded jobs.

I am a massive Doom fan. Ever since the very first Doom game. I own multiple copies of every title that has been released. I have Doom clothing and a shelf full of merch. Doom The Dark Ages was insanely mid. It had good moments, but ultimately felt empty. Like 100 ideas that just didnt pan out
