I think Trump is such a narcissistic sociopath he actually wants to cause people to die. Cut food stamps, let the FDA stop food inspections, stop medical research, cause plane accidents. It all plays into his evil disease yet he can keep getting his narcissistic hits from his Cabinet meetings.
