With Thanksgiving coming up it’s important to once again state an undeniable fact. Turkey is absolutely horrible. Outside of Thanksgiving when does anyone say “We should cook a Turkey this weekend”. Traditions, while important, should change for the sake of our palate.

Things I hope @bsky.app gets in time as they roll out changes/enhancements: 1) Longer video options. At least match the basic Twitter length of 140 seconds 2) An alert option to get notifications from your favorite follows 3) A spaces type option No rush just hope they’re on a whiteboard somewhere.

I think @bsky.app should do an annual fundraising drive like @pbs.org.web.brid.gy and even @wikipedia.bsky.social run. I give to both and would be happy to give here as well to keep the site running well and expanding. Not being owned by some billionaire calling the shots is quite an added benefit.
