Not only do tariffs NOT get paid for by the foreign country/seller as plenty of MAGA still seem to believe, but any US importer that does choose to pass them on to the American consumer also increases the sales price on which sales tax is based. Double whammy. Are we great yet?

Here's an idea. If Trump and his administration do in fact ignore court orders and do as they please, then obviously the rule of law does not exist. So what if every American just decided to stop paying federal taxes? If the law doesn't apply to them, it doesn't apply to anyone.
