i heard from @asrabkin.bsky.social that bowling bdays are super common in massachusetts, where (a) you get like six+ lanes to spread across, (b) the kids are used to waiting, and crucially (c) it's candlepin bowling, instead of 21 kids sharing the normal bowling alley's four light-enough balls.

Anthropic’s lawyers blamed its AI chatbot, Claude, for including erroneous citations in their legal defense against a copyright lawsuit from Universal Music. I can’t imagine how bad this will get when a generation of college students who never learned the material due to AI use enter the workforce.
