Flattens a lot of Climate Change denial neatly:

C4News, "The Prime Minister Keir Starmer, unusually, chose to take only one broadcaster, GB News" What word would you use to describe a PM who only takes GB News on a trip to another country?

After due consideration, having weighed up the relevant evidence, assessed the balance of arguments and gamed the likely implications, I have reached the conclusion that Keir Starmer can fuck off from a great height.

Two things happen if you do this: 1. The immigration stats go down slightly. People who obsess all day every day about immigration do not notice or care. 2. Care homes are absolutely screwed because of staff shortages.

Don't take it from me. Take it from the government's own assessment: Everything Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves have said about nature protection blocking house building is big fat shining lie. A lie now being locked into legislation before Parliament. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

By focusing on immigration and the Reform UK agenda, Labour effectively vindicate the belief that migrants are the reason they aren't better off, with better public services. They are creating more Reform UK voters. It's morally wrong and politically suicidal.

Vote for real hope and real change. Vote Green today.

1/12 Tony Blair Institute have released a report which is getting a lot of coverage in UK today It says the drive for net zero emissions is flawed and some media outlets have gone to town However it’s a bit odd By odd, I mean there’s a lot of bollocks in it and shouldn't be taken seriously 🧵🧵

Very interesting analysis

"Almost a quarter of women aged 18 to 24 voted Green last July, roughly double the number of young men who voted Reform" Feeling seen by @gabyhinsliff.bsky.social analysis of GenZ women like me voting Green because we "can’t understand why nobody seems to care" www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

You think that Labour couldn't get even more right wing?....

I know there are many trans and non-binary people who will be feeling deeply worried today, caught in the midst of a media storm as they try to simply live their lives. Please know that I stand with you - today, tomorrow and always. My statement in response to the Supreme Court ruling today:

Up and down the country people are already sick of the labour government and are turning to the Greens for real hope and real change. Isn't it time you got involved? join.greenparty.org.uk

🥀 Labour have failed at every turn. ⬇️ Reform are only offering hate and division and have no track record of delivery. 💚 Only the Green Party listens and responds to the needs of communities. 🗳️ Vote Green on 1 May for real hope and real change.

Balancing the books on the backs of disabled people is not just unfair; it’s cruel. A million disabled people stand to lose vital support, while the wealthiest are protected. This isn’t necessity, it’s a choice—and it’s the wrong one. #SpringStatement

This is why sustainable transport has two purposes: to get better off people out of the cars that are disproportionately running over and poisoning poor people; and to make travel possible for poorer people, particularly disabled poorer people. Bear down on costs of *that*, fuckwit.

NEW: Elon Musk’s X has suspended accounts of Turkish opposition groups, suppressing footage of anti-government protests. So, best we share all the footage we can here! This was last night’s massive demo against Erdogan’s government, which follows the arrest of his rival Ekrem İmamoğlu. 🇹🇷 #Turkey

Normally very support of my Scottish Green Party friends but I'm not convinced the campaign to get Scottish national team football games on TV was a good one...
