Spent 5 hours in the ER Monday night with my 3yo. Had follow up appt to learn to use an at home nebulizer today. I have to bring all my 5yos docs to kindergarten tomorrow for registration. OB appt tomorrow. And I just got an email that a kid in my 3yos class had lice.

This sounds silly because it will not even cover a single class at a community college by the time they need it but we crossed the $1k threshold in each kid's 529 account and I'm ecstatic (they will also have ~a year covered with my husband's GI bill split 3 ways).

Our 3yo has hit the stage where if she takes a nap (which she only does at school), she will stay up until 9pm going to the bathroom, changing out the tonie on the toniebox, asking for a bandaid, etc. and I am counting down to the last day of school when I can have peace in my house at 7:30 again.

About 3x a week we show up to school at the same time as another kid in my 3yos class and have an extremely awkward 30-second walk to the door during which her classmate's mom continually reminds him to walk on the sidewalk while I let my kid run to the door bc she wouldn't listen even if I cared.
