Culture isn’t taught. Culture emerges. And it emerges from what the environment permits, encourages, and rewards.

A leader to me is one who has decision-making power that impacts others’ direction. They personally can be benevolent (or not) but ultimately they have authority. (2/2)

Leader (organizational) is word as nebulous as “culture”. Many share images and stories such as “A leader is/does ____” usually heartfelt & warm. Truth is, if you asked a random employee who their leader is, they’ll point to the boss. Maybe they are kind maybe not, but that’s the leader. (1/2)

Just read of an AI powered Organizational Network Analysis #ONA tech that crafts performance reviews in a click. It summarizes “work done” in tools like Jira, Asana, and CRMs. So not the quality but the completion? 🤔

It’s on you not the clickspert filling your head with pseudo psychology and misinformation. You have all you need at your fingertips. Their education, experience, bios, etc all available to discern if they have the chops. But alas their words resonate & align so you freely give them your support SMH
