Now it's the professors using ChatGPT. Students aren't happy about it. I talked to professors. I talked to students. I read the scathing reviews on Rate My Professors. Here you go: www.nytimes.com/2025/05/14/t...

The “feminism isn’t fair” guy has moved from texting to calling. Here’s today’s number. I’m sure he changes it frequently.

This is a shockingly mistaken understanding of due process by Stephen Miller. It is likely this misunderstanding that is informing the President’s misunderstanding.

The Nugatory Theory of the Executive

And recall everyone that: (a) DOGE is not authorized by an Act of Congress; (b) DOGE’s “review” is not statutorily mandated; and (c) DOGE is supposed to merely advisory.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the Supreme Court’s newest member, denounced on Thursday what she described as "relentless attacks" on judges, and an environment of harassment that "ultimately risks undermining our Constitution and the rule of law."

This is one of the most-shared posts on Bluesky in the past day and it's just completely false. You might think ChatGPT is a *bad* search engine, or prefer another search engine. But it has had integrated web search since last year.

NEW: Judge Xinis DENIES an additional request by the government to further stay discovery in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case.

Shoutout to Daniel Bice of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, who’s been on the Judge Dugan story all week. You can catch up on his coverage here www.jsonline.com/staff/264800...

I've known Judge Dugan for a long time. We have overlapping social circles and she's come to Pi Day. Before she became a judge, she was a legal aid attorney and a referee for lawyer discipline cases. Absolutely, we butted heads on the latter. This is pure unmitigated authoritarian bullshit.

Not entirely sure what to make of this

I was deeply fortunate to be present at the SCOTUS today to be part of something no one I spoke with can recall ever happening before. After Ed Kneedler completed his 160th and final oral argument, the Chief Justice offered some very kind and gracious (and grateful) words, and then ...

The Administration had to know that this would be the result of its deliberate, bad-faith refusal to comply with the orders of the district court, court of appeals and SCOTUS in Abrego Garcia. Brutal--but there was really no other possible outcome. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
