Chicago honors Memorial Day

Always welcome here 🦋🫂🦋🫂🦋🫂🦋

In a crisis, look for the helpers. By which I mean, look for the hurters, and then look for the people willing to hit the hurters in the face with a shovel.

@corybooker.com hello I used to run the Wendy’s Twitter account and I am begging you to let me help you with the dems social media strategy, I will literally do it for free at this point

🔵 This week's Tom the Dancing Bug comic - 📜 AMERICAN HISTORY COMICS - THE FOURTH BRANCH OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT: THE DUMBASS BILLIONAIRES - Brought to you by the Inner Hive, including longtime member Olivia Lib and new member Tyrone Jethro. READ IT RIGHT HERE👇

Feel Bill O’Reilly’s nutsack for lumps.

I was hoping for the “Teat-Sucking Poltroons”.

Lol…

I’m trying, Ringo.

Sam Wasson’s “The Big Goodbye” is a must-read for anyone who’s a fan of this film (or anyone who isn’t).

💯

You want to throw your kid to the wolves to make a point about norms and institutions to people who don't a give a shit about either, be my guest.

A point to ponder:

I mean Jesus Christ if you fight people notice. Even if you have some short term losses, it creates momentum. It changes things. People with any degree of awareness and any desire for improvement don’t want norms or bipartisanship. They want to fight. Give us some fucking fighters.

All politics is local:

This man is a soothsayer.

As the sage Howard Beale taught us, you’ve got to get mad.

Like I’ve been bludgeoned with a stout cudgel. You don’t want to be cudgel-bludgeoned.

…a point to ponder.

…because they’re assholes?

ordered a coffee and told them my name was mary christmas. everyone clapped and cheered because I had destroyed woke. they carried me out on their shoulders. and I said wait I don’t have my coffee yet. but no one could hear me over the applause.

No kidding. It’s Salesmanship 101: Sell the benefits.

You take your good news where you find it.
