The Overwatch modeling team has made an effort to bring on every intern we’ve gotten for the last 3 years in a row as associates and they are all regularly knocking it out of the park. Their excitement and enthusiasm to learn keeps us tired seniors engaged and lifts up the whole team. Hire juniors!
