I'm so exhausted. Had to help my mom out this week (and will need to do so next week too) with some work stuff. I have very limited energy to do things, which means since I'm doing this work I can't do other things like making videos. Can't even do my daily steps on most days.

I'm begging for a good indie game to try so I can make a nice and short indie highlights video this weekend!!! I've already tried TWO games and they were incredibly disappointing despite me having decently high hopes for them. Also, by coincidence both games had a prologue where you get caved in.

This kid is 15, and so has a moral clarity and uprightness that no adult elected official would or could ever have. There aren't really and never have been two sides of this issue, but if it has to be argued as a binary thing I don't see how anything less than this could seem like the side to be on.

There's this cool whimsical RPG where you can be a cute woodland animal, and it's being developed by ex-Bethesda and Bioware devs. It looks AMAZING even just from the demo footage. I've backed it (&got a second Steam key for my partner!), and I absolutely recommend backing it if you can!

Streamed part 1 of my "no level up" challenge in Dragon Age Origins. It was super fun, so I'll do it again tonight! Stream ended on a disappointing note because one of the mods I was using made an item unusable, but I've removed the mod and will redo that part of the challenge today.

I grew up on Diablo 2, so despite not having played D1 - the inspiration of this indie ARPG - I still fell in love with Tower of Kalemonvo. It's made with a lot of love by a solo dev, and it just manages to elicit that same feeling I got when I played D2 for the first time. Please give it a try!

Got to play an hour of Tower of Kalemonvo today in between caring for my new kitten, otherwise I would've played a LOT more. It's really good! 100% giving OG Diablo vibes, and absolutely worth picking up.
