They are all getting exactly that which they deserve.

Has anyone else got a “follow” from elonmusk29? Wondering if he is trying to mess with this platform.

Security firms are being inundated with calls from CEOs fearing for their lives since the UnitedHealthcare CEO was killed. A reminder that 68K people die annually due to lack of care & 500K suffer medical bankruptcy—& every one of them fears for their well being every second of every single day.

Our resistance must be rooted in a strong, exciting campaign that is ideologically progressive, even radical. We must learn from the successes in the 1950’s and 60’s. We must be clearly anti-misogynistic and anti-racist. We must understand the caste nature of our world and work to break it 3/3

The idea there is an “ideological center” is a myth. When the George H W Bush (“kinder, gentler) lost to Bill Clinton (3 Strikes your out) it started their drive toward what we gave now-a political party that is about to align our country with the most anti-human dictators in the world. 2/3

The Dems have play to the center since 1972 McGovern disaster and Carter holding the bag for Nixon/Ford failings. Obama made tiny progress by being a centrist, but Biden’s centrist resistance to prosecuting the fascists has brought us to the end of whatever kind of democracy we had. 1/2

In 2022 H.U.D. determined there were 528,000 homeless Americans and the U.S. Census Bureau determined there were 15,100,000 vacant homes. Facts to share with those believing capitalism is moral and efficient.

We need to build a new opposition movement that is strong enough and durable enough to weather the attacks coming from Trump and the GOP in the years ahead. I hope you watch, consider and share. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bCh...

“Cruel men believe in a cruel God, and use their belief to excuse their cruelty. Only kindly men believe in a kindly God, and they would be kindly in any case. Men tend to have the beliefs that suit their passions.” — Bertrand Russell, London Calling (1947), p. 18

Merrick Garland will go down in history as a man who did irreparable harm to our nation — and our democracy — through his inaction. His nomination as attorney general by President Biden turns out to have been a horrendous mistake.

America was never what it claimed to be. Democracy was a fraud from the start. Now that the fraud has been clearly revealed, what do we do now?

I have always been a news junkie. That ended a month ago. How do I overcome the disconnect? Where do we go from here?
