Hubs planted cherry trees several years ago, and I got our first harvest today. There's more on the trees, but I have to pace myself. I've already eaten 2 cups of what I picked an hour ago. At this rate, I'll be incapacitated within the evening. 🍒🍒🍒

Ha! So in addition to Whiskey Spice and Couch Spice, we can add Taco Spice and Klansman Spice. I disagree with Hobbit Spice (too nice) - instead, he can be the token Spice white people use and we'll just call him Salt. @petigrusghost.bsky.social

I found these near an old tree stump in my yard. I think they are Marshmallow Shasta Daisies, based on an internet search. Each flower is the size of a dime. I had not seen them here before and they made me smile! #flowersonfriday #bloomscrolling

I decided to watch Breaking Bad for the first time. Whew! Most of these characters are such unpleasant people. The show is well-written, and I'm hooked to keep watching. (The actors are also all top notch!) But I'm not rooting for anyone, least of all Walter.

Island of the Lost by Joan Druett is based on non-fiction events about two ships wrecking on opposite sides of the same island at the same time and how each team fared. One group was Robinson Crusoe and the other more Lord of the Flies. I recommend it as a good read! #booksofbluesky #goodread
