Pray for me because starting this week I’m switching to 3 leg days a week 😭 I ran a program where I trained legs 3x around this time last year and it’s brutal but totally works

Happy #TransDayOfVisibility! If you’re a dev who’s ever done web stuff and used NPM, and especially if you enjoyed NPM catching up to Yarn ca. ~2018. If you’re a Rust dev who’s used miette, big-brain, cacache. If you like KDL. Then you’ve benefited from the work of a trans person.

Wine tasting is an Olympic sport and I don’t know how white women do it.

things i can get done in the time it takes our long ci step on the aspnetcore repo to run: - drive to the gym - train a pull day with a core finisher - drive home - do my "20 something with a desk job" stretches - shower - eat a snack ....it's still runing 😭

I'm super happy with the API that we landed on for input validation support in minimal APIs. Sample app + implementation overview is up at github.com/captainsafia....

@martincostello.com is literally the best human being! Kind, curious, and can do. People like this are the best part of open source! ❤️ #mvpsummit

I'll be around at the MVP summit next week in case you'd like to grab me and chat about anything! 😀 Who's gonna be there?

.NET 10 Preview 2 just came out so now you can try out this feature without having to rely on a nightly SDK.

good artists copy and great artists steal! lifting aspire's publisher concept to asp.net core to provide a nicer UX for generating artifacts from APIs publishers can generate openapi documents, client sdks, etc.

I cooked up a little repo with a sample app, implementation details, and an FAQ on the new XML documentation support feature for OpenAPI coming in .NET 10 Preview 2. look how pretty this scalar ui is with all the doc comments 🤤 github.com/captainsafia... #dotnet #aspnet

we're living in strange and interesting times but nothing grounds me to the truth of the internet more than running into a forum post from 2009

yet another minimal apis versus controllers reddit thread 😆 there always tends to be a bit of misinformation in these (minimal APIs is _not_ just for "small" APIs) but the fact that aspnet has two capable API design patterns that merit enough discussion on their pros vs. cons is a good thing 😀

absolutely no: me on a friday afternoon: 😭 iykyk
