Pray for me because starting this week I’m switching to 3 leg days a week 😭 I ran a program where I trained legs 3x around this time last year and it’s brutal but totally works

things i can get done in the time it takes our long ci step on the aspnetcore repo to run: - drive to the gym - train a pull day with a core finisher - drive home - do my "20 something with a desk job" stretches - shower - eat a snack ....it's still runing 😭

yet another minimal apis versus controllers reddit thread 😆 there always tends to be a bit of misinformation in these (minimal APIs is _not_ just for "small" APIs) but the fact that aspnet has two capable API design patterns that merit enough discussion on their pros vs. cons is a good thing 😀
