Be skeptical of anyone who claims intermittent fasting has intrinsic benefits, but for me it does make a calorie deficit that much easier. 2 large-ish meals per day is way preferable 3+ small ones.

My ultimate skeletal guardian in last night’s Dragonbane showdown freaking missed on his Longsword check and didn’t get a chance to double-slash the two heroes aggressively attacking 😭 he did get a chance to *parry* a fireball though so that was fun.

Took the kids to the doctor rather unexpectedly. No problems, just a slightly overdue 4th-year checkup (and vaccines) for Luke, and they had a 6pm opening. Very routine but I did not have “shepherding the poor boy through his shots” on any kind of bingo card for tonight.

The kids can both walk, speak, attend preschool, and use the toilet unassisted. Next anticipated milestone: not having *every single evening* soft-capped at 7pm.
