Serious yes to this. I didn't get into working in game dev until I was 37, learn as much as you can, never stop learning and they'll call you a unicorn when you eventually get there because of the weirdly broad range of adaptable skills you can use across projects and teams.

One of the arcades i've worked on is live. Designed the guns / main unit up to construction. Concepted environments. Then modelled, rigged and animated in game things. Was hoping the video would show the rockets animating / blasting off as I did that for example in this game mode.

I really liked Electric State. Nice pacing, story, grey area villains, pretty visuals and style, bit goofy, some plot holes but enjoyable to watch. Gonna watch it again wheeeeeeeeeee.

Finally got a good bit of the lighting in place and most of the ship has now been primed... it's almost time to start thinking about the paint job/livery scheme. When finally complete (with asteroid attached), the model will be over 5 feet in length.
