The one thing I have to admit I still kind of hate about Angular is the way it handles styling. Without using breaking magic like ::ng-deep it’s impossible to neatly restyle sub-components, so the concept of headless UI in angular doesn’t really work very well.

I watched Borderlands recently and apart from the fact that Cate Blanchett was way too old for the part, it wasn’t actually as terrible as I expected. Pacing was all wrong and it completely failed to explain what a Siren is or why Lilith was one, but Kevin Hart wasn’t the worst thing about it.
