My therapist helped me put words to my difficulties with anal, esp. topping: it's *boring.* I get bored. It's not pleasurable, topping is mechanical, and my mind immediately starts wandering and I get soft lol If I ever top someone, it's probably a service thing and a sign that I really like them.
