Pretty outrageous to argue that a tribe can't build its own solar for its own use. Utilities do these stuff because they get away with it. Yet another example of how dangerous it is to give monopoly utilities this much control over the grid.

The “minne” in Minneapolis & Minnesota comes from the Dakota word for water, mni. We are truly a city of water. Flowing through Minneapolis are 22 lakes, one of the largest rivers in the world, a creek that traverses the entire southern part of the city, and a 53-foot waterfall. 💚💧💚
