Feeding starving people can kill them — by triggering refeeding syndrome. It happens when a starved body gets esp. too many carbs too fast. This is why the UN should be feeding Gaza — not U.S. mercenaries. The aid packets handed out are dangerously carb-heavy and not made for starvation.
