I genuinely have no clue whether MAGA people think COVID was engineered by Fauci and pharmaceutical companies and killed millions, or was barely as bad as the flu and required no vaccine at all, or a vaccine was necessary but was rushed and is worse then COVID (which may or may not have been bad).
