Because the venture capitalists investing in the stock projected growth based on the game spike of 2020 during the pandemic and the normal games market didn’t break records.

2 years ago, I had blown in insulation added to my attic. I specified I needed the floor joists to remain exposed because I’d be converting the attic into usable space within a couple of years. Today, ready to start that, I discovered that they just buried everything in 8 inches of insulation.
