FUN FACT: Nearly all of these incidents involved Black men. Nearly 30% of his stops were Black ppl (7% of Seattle’s pop.) Only about 1 in 10 ended in arrest vs. 1 in 4 stops of white ppl. That’s a clear sign of racial bias.
