Victory for Protected Landscapes in landmark legal case ⚖️ Gov't have admitted to making an error in law after submission of our legal evidence💪 This sends a clear message that there will be consequences if public bodies fail to uphold the law, more 👇 www.cnp.org.uk/news/victory...

We won our legal test case! It sets a precedent mandating public bodies to enhance national parks & landscapes. After @campaign4parks.bsky.social intervened, Gov admitted “error in law”. Judicial Review is critical for small charities to secure change. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

📣The consultation on the South Downs Local Plan Review begins today! This is an opportunity for people to have their say on how and where development takes place, ensuring communities across the National Park can grow sustainably. The consultation will last 8 weeks, closing on 17 March.

Please get involved in the Local Plan for this nationally important asset. National Parks are for everyone so you don’t have to be local to contribute. Help us make it better for nature, climate and people ⛰️💐💦🏃‍♀️

For anyone who needs to see and hear the sun rising at Seven Sisters Country Park this morning. You’re welcome 😊

Just amazing!

57 companies are responsible for 80% of global greenhouse gas emissions since 2016. These companies include fossil fuel giants like Chevron, Shell, and BP, who have been raking in record profits. The profits of Big Oil should not be more important than the future of our planet.

Pleased to have won cross-party support for my Bill to introduce a national ban on pesticide use in public spaces! More needs to be done to stop councils using toxic chemicals which are a danger to people, pets and children using these spaces, and the wider environment 🌱🐝

Attention Planning Fans. The Planning Alliance is a new initiative that aims to improve the operation and image of the planning system and get more resources into it. A Programme Manager is being sought to implement an action plan towards these aims. www.planningofficers.org.uk/news/vacancy...
