Health warning: Get your shingles vaccine. I had shingles 22 years ago and got the early vaccine. Been putting off Shingrix. Came down with shingles Friday!! Also spent 2 days in hospital thinking I was having a heart attack. Turns out that’s the early symptom of shingles before the rash starts.
